We carry 1.5 Million Dollars of primary liability coverage on all vehicles through the American Southern Insurance Company.
Our safety program includes:
- Chauffeur pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing per DOT regulations.
- Employee background checks with North Carolina State Police.
- Chauffeur pre-employment check of current DMV driving record with a -2 minimum required.
- We also subscribe to DMV monitoring system for on-going alerts of any driving violations on or off the job.
- Chauffeur new hire training program with classroom and on the road training in safety and defensive driving techniques.
- A full-time fleet manager that ensures all vehicles receive routine maintenance service at intervals recommended by the manufacturer.
- Every Chauffeur carries a cell phone for constant contact with our dispatch office.
